Police horse Shaktiman, injured in alleged assault by BJP MLA, dies

Uttarakhand Police horse Shaktiman, which misplaced its left hind limb after an alleged attack by using BJP legislator Ganesh Joshi, died on Wednesday afternoon.
The 14-12 months-old horse turned into injured at a rally in Dehradun organised with the aid of the BJP to protest in opposition to the government in March.
“The animal is suspected to have died of contamination,” said KS Rawat, reserve inspector (RI) at Dehradun District Police lines.

Joshi stated he become saddened by means of Shaktiman’s death. Blaming the country government, he stated the pony did not get right remedy.
Activist Gauri Maulekhi informed ANI: “Tragic. Shaktimaan died the day he became injured. tough for horses his size to live on on 3 legs (sic).”
