Just a quick recap of what exactly had happened. In the year 2005, Mr Pancholi had assaulted his neighbour Pratik Pasrani and allegedly fractured his nose at their building. According to the police, Mr Pancholi’s guest had parked his car at the space alloted to Mr Pasrani at Magnum Opus Apartments in suburban Versova. Mr Pasrani raised an objection to this and told the security guard to clear the vehicle. This lead to a heated argument between Pancholi and Pasrani with the former breaking the latter’s nose.
